Jeffrey Dean Witt “Red”
Born June 18, 1959 weighing in at 5 lb. 8.5 oz. from Cincinnati, of Hamilton Co., Ohio. Being a Lamb of God with his profession of faith in Christ Jesus, would depart this earthly existence Friday April 7, 2017 at Hospice of Southwest Ohio, in Madeira, Hamilton Co., Ohio at the age of 57. Jeffrey was the son of the late Allen Julion and Shirley Mae McGeorge Witt & brother of Sarah Marie Witt. Jeffrey was also preceded, to be united in death as wedded husband, in Christ Jesus and faithful companion of 20 years to Helen Hymer Bauer Witt. Their son Christopher Robert Witt whom after 30 years in passing to at long last hear the term of endearment “Daddy”. Jeffrey is survived in memory by one brother; Jerry Allen Witt & sister-in-law; Denise Hope Jones Witt. Three nephews; Eric Allen Witt, Ian Treavor Witt, Jared Julian Witt & One G/Nephew Montgomery Allen Witt. Never to dismiss the host of Uncles, Aunts & Cousins bound by blood, or friends all bound by memory of such a lifetime filled with witty character for whom he had an occasion to challenge, enlighten, or inspire. Funeral Service arrangements April 14, 2017 presided by Vorhis & Ryan Funeral Home 5501 Montgomery Road, Norwood, Hamilton Co., Ohio. Visitation Services to be held 10:00 with Memorial Services to follow at 11:00. Rev. Don Hooker officiating with interment services to follow at Rest Haven Cemetery. Mission Baptist Church Family of 7595 Montgomery Road, to be providing fellowship sup for all are invited in remembrance. When loosing parents, you loose those whom have molded you. When loosing a sibling, you loose a part of yourself, so I’ll catch you later little brother walking streets of gold. In lieu of flowers, donations to Hospice of Southwest Ohio will suffice. Thank You Each & All for your prayers.
