David L., beloved father of David Busener, Jr. of Freedonia, AZ, Janet Busener of Atlanta, GA, and John (Amy) Busener of Athens, GA; loving grandfather of Stephen (Katie), Jeffrey, Jaicee, Natalie, and Nicholas Busener and great grandfather of Kaiden and Maggie Busener; dear brother of Carol Busener of Wyoming, OH. He is also survived by his companion of 35 years, Phyllis Meyer of Cincinnati, and her children, Paul (Barb) Meyer and family and Lori "Tootie" (Tim) Reis and family. David graduated from Wyoming High School in 1952 and earned a degree in Economics from Northwestern University. He served in the U.S. Air Force in the late 50's and early 60's. He was a collector of music, art, books, and movies. He was also a gifted pianist and musician. Passed away on December 12, 2014 at the age of 80. Visitation will take place at Vorhis & Ryan Funeral Home, 11365 Springfield Pk., Springdale on Friday, December 19, 2014 from 11 AM until the time of funeral service at 1 PM.
