Jacquelyn Poulos

POULOS, Jacquelyn A. (nee Pitz), beloved wife of the late George N. Poulos; loving mother of Mary Ann, George, Karen, Robert, Tom, Teresa, Greg, and Connie. Loving grandmother of 13, great grandmother of 16 and great great-grandmother of 3. Passed away on September 22, 2014 at the age of 88. Jacquelyn was a member of the Forest Park Women's Club and volunteered her time at Maple Knoll communities. A visitation will be held at the St. Matthias Catholic Church, 1050 W. Kemper Road, Forest Park, OH 45240 on Saturday, September 27, 2014 from 9:30 AM until Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 AM. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to the American Heart Association or the Susan G. Komen Foundation.
