David Lee, beloved son of Reese and LyVonne Blevins; dear brother of Don (Keli) Blevins, Kathy (Joe) Wilson, Tim (Mary Ellen) Blevins, Randy Blevins, and James (Rhonda) Blevins. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. March 19, 2014. Age 58. Visitation will be at Vorhis & Ryan Funeral Home, 310 Dunn Street, Lockland on Monday, March 24, 2014 from 6-8 PM. Funeral service will be held at the funeral home on Tuesday, March 25, 2014 at 11 AM.
