WITHROW, Debra Ann (nee Caudill). Beloved wife of the late Randy Withrow. Loving mother of Randi Withrow, Christina Caudill, Jennifer Jack, Angela Withrow, Brian Riddle, and Anthony Caudill. Loving grandmother of Kenya, Shamaya, RasAkil, Ava, Jacob, Jonathan, Zachary, Corin, Nolan, and Luca. Great grandmother of Donnie, Amina, and Finley. Dear sister of Leisha Caudill.

Debra passed away on Saturday, October 25, 2025 at age 65.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 6, 2025 at Vorhis & Ryan Funeral Home, 11365 Springfield Pk., Springdale, OH 45246 from 10:30AM-11:30AM. Graveside Service will be held at Spring Grove Cemetery, 4521 Spring Grove Ave., Cincinnati, OH 45232 immediately following the visitation.
