COLLINS, Donna L. Age 76. Beloved wife of the late Thomas Collins. Mother of the late Steven Collins and Stacey Jantzen-Bradford. Loving grandmother of Justin, Erin, Josh, and Elise Jantzen. Mother-in-law of Vic Jantzen. Sister of William Dick, Sr. Aunt of Billy Dick, Jr. and the late Terry Dick-Ziegler. Great aunt of Trey, Sean, Tommy, and Michael. Great-great aunt of Cole. Special friend to The Bullock Family. Passed away Thursday, August 20, 2015. Visitation will be held from 10:00 AM until time of service at 11:00 AM on Monday, August 24, 2015 at Vorhis and Ryan Funeral Home, 11365 Springfield Pike, Springdale, OH 45246. Burial will follow at Arlington Memorial Gardens, Mt. Healthy, OH.
