Edith Spitzfaden

Edith M. Lawrence Spitzfaden, 99 ½, passed away on January 12, 2023.   She was a resident of Dry Ridge KY, Sharonville, OH, Fayetteville, OH and Hamilton, OH.  Beloved wife of the late Alfred Spitzfaden.  Devoted mother of Edith Ann Freeman, Paul L. Spitzfaden, Alfred H. Spitzfaden, Cordelia F. Smith, and Richard A. Spitzfaden.  She is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 30 great grandchildren, and 7 great-great grandchildren. She worked at Ford Motor Co. in the cafeteria.  She was a loving wife and mother.  She was there when you needed her, and she was a strong-willed woman.  She knew the Lord and we are going to miss her.  We Love You Mom.  Family and friends may visit, Monday, January 23, 2023 from 10 AM until time of service at 12 Noon, at Vorhis & Ryan funeral home, 11365 Springfield Pike, Springdale, OH 45246.  Burial will follow in Arlington Memorial Gardens.   Vorhisandryan.com
