Caring brother of Charles Phillips of Stafford, VA, Barbara Willis of Oliver Springs, TN, Joan Phillips of Independence, KY, Odell Darling, Donna Pauline Mahan, Larry Phillips, and Kathy Phillips all of Cincinnati, OH. Also survived by other numerous relatives and friends. Preceded in death by four siblings: Betty Jean Messer, Roger Ray Phillips, Frank B. Phillips, and Barney Phillips. Passed away Saturday, February 7, 2009. Age 61 years. Resident of Norwood.
