MEENTS, George Julius. Cherished son of the late George R. and Catherine A. (nee Schmitt) Meents. Dear brother of Janet (Bill) Fox, Charlene (the late Dale) Westrich, Beverly (Tom) Smith, John (Valerie) Meents, the late Ronald (Sandy) Meents, Vivian (Jim) Runk, Barbara (Tom) Seibert, Bill (Ann) Meents, Kathy (John) Thompson, Denise (Paul) Stone, Gary (the late Nancy) Meents, Tom Meents, Mary Meents, Larry (Kathy) Meents. Also survived by 36 nieces & nephews and numerous great nieces & nephews. Passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family on Tuesday, May 12, 2015 at age 62 years. Visitation will be held from 9:30 AM until 12 Noon on Saturday, May 16, 2015 at Vorhis and Ryan Funeral Home, 11365 Springfield Pike, Springdale, OH 45246. Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 1:00 PM at St. Bernard Catholic Church, 740 Circle Ave., Spring Grove Village, OH 45232. Burial with military honors, will follow in Spring Grove Cemetery.
