MARTIN, Hazel (nee Bowling), beloved wife of the late Theo Martin, Jr.; devoted mother of Judy (Tom) Auxier, Wilma (Charles) Waldren, Charles Martin, Linda (Rick) Klug, and the late Shirley Lemons; grandmother of Randy Lemons, Darrell Graves, Lori Waldren, and Tammy (Kelly) Lewis; great grandmother of ten; great great grandmother of four; dear sister of Barbara Richardson. Preceded in death by six other siblings. Passed away November 26, 2015 at age 91. Visitation will be at Mountain Assembly Church of God, 7924 School Rd., Sharonville, OH 45249 on Friday, December 4, 2015 from 10:00 AM til time of Funeral Service at 12 Noon.
