van DrielHendrik ''Henk'', beloved husband of Pieternella (nee Lindhout) van Driel; devoted father of Henry (Linda) van Driel, Rick van Driel, Sylvia (Dan) Collins and the late Jackie Damico; cherished grandfather of Deidra Damico, Emily Collins, Ben Collins, and Autumn van Driel; dear brother of Cor van Driel, Nellie van der Jagt, and Greta Laros. Passed away on April 17, 2013 at the age of 84. A memorial service will take place at Vorhis & Ryan Funeral Home, 11365 Springfield Pike, Springdale at 2:00 PM on Saturday, April 20, 2013. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society - Southern Ohio Chapter, 2300 Wall Street, Suite H, Cincinnati, OH 45212 or to the Alzheimer's Associaition - Greater Cincinnati Chapter, 644 Linn Street, Suite 1026, Cincinnati, OH 45203.
