PHILLIPS, Herman L., Sr., beloved husband of 26 years of Rita Phillips; cherished father of Herman (Celestie) Phillips, Jr. and Jason (Melissa) Phillips, Mindy (Richard) Adams, and Kisha (Larry) Lewis; dear grandfather of 11. He is also survived by many sisters, nieces, and nephews. Passed away on January 6, 2014 at the age of 62. Visitation will be at Vorhis & Ryan Funeral Home, 5501 Montgomery Road, Norwood on Friday, January 10, 2014 from 6:00-9:00 PM. Funeral service will be on Saturday, January 11, 2014 at 10:30 AM at the funeral home.
