Loving father of Debbie (Jerry) Taylor, William (Tracey) Taulbee, Cindy (Doug) Dragoo, and Mark (Kim) Taulbee. Caring brother of Connie Taulbee and Wilgus Jr., and the late Mattie Amyx. Dear grandfather of 14 and great grandfather of 10.
