George; special friend of Pat Fiscus. Also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren. Passed away Friday, September 18, 2009. Age 84. Served in WWII in the 78th Infantry Division. Awarded Bronze Star Medal. Purple Heart Recipient. Friends may call at Vorhis & Ryan Funeral Home, 11365 Springfield Pike, Springdale, Tuesday, September 22, 2009 from 1:00 PM until time of service at 2:00 PM.
