CAREY, Jack Edward, Sr. Beloved husband of the late Edith (nee Worley) Carey. Devoted father of William Allen Carey, Jr., Barbara Hodges, the late Wayne Allen Carey; and Deborah Mangus, who was like a daughter. Loving grandfather of Nichole Carey Chaney, Sarah Hodges, and the late William "Bill" Estel Carey. Great grandfather of Andrew & Nolan Chaney and Jack, Anabelle & Aurora Hodges. Dear brother of Vivian Lamb and the late Joe Carey. Also survived by many nieces & nephews and great nieces & great nephews. Preceded in death by his parents, William Estel & Mary Josephine (nee Anderson) Carey.
Jack Passed away on Sunday, June 30, 2019 at the age of 96 years.
Visitation will be held Monday, July 8, 2019 from 10am-11am and service will begin at 11am at Vorhis & Ryan Funeral Home, 11365 Springfield Pk., Springdale, OH 45246.
Burial will take place in Rest Haven Memorial Park.
