James E. Coy

COY, James Edward, born January 6, 1942 and passed on to glory on June 29, 2024. Beloved husband of Linda L. (nee Isaacs) Coy. Devoted father of David W. Coy and James P. Coy. Grandpa "Papaw" of Rick Coy, Ryan Coy, T.J. Sales, David W. Coy Jr., Stephanie Coy Whitt, Kayla Coy, Joe Coy, and Ethan Coy. Great grandpa to Lilly, Riley, Myles, Rinny, Autumn, Jesse, Levi, Kayden, Logan, and one yet to come. Brother of Bonnie (nee Coy) Batchler and the late Elmer Coy.

James was a quiet man, gentle, honest, and hard working in everything he did. May his soul rest in the arms of our Lord Jesus Christ. 

Guests may greet the family at Vorhis & Ryan Funeral Home, 310 Dunn St., Lockland, OH 45215 on Saturday, July 6, 2024 from 10AM until time of service at 11AM. Burial will follow in Reading Cemetery.
