Passed away Thursday, July 12, 2012. Age 57. Resident of Blue Ash. Visitation at Vorhis & Ryan Funeral Home, 5501 Montgomery Road, Norwood on Monday, July 16, 2012 from 9-10 AM followed by Mass of Christian Burial at All Saints Catholic Church, 8939 Montgomery Road, Kenwood at 10:30 AM.
