PALMER, Janice Ann (nee Wilson). Beloved wife of the late Leon G. Palmer. Devoted mother of David Stephens. Loving grandmother of Kelly (Keith) Isaacs, Ryan Stephens, and Erin Stephens. Great grandmother of Ava and Aubree Isaacs; and Ryan Stephens, Jr.
Janice passed away on Wednesday, May 13, 2026 at age 85.
Friends may visit with the family at Vorhis & Ryan Funeral Home, 11365 Springfield Pk., Springdale, OH 45246 on Thursday, May 21, 2026 from 11AM until time of funeral service beginning at 12:30PM.
Burial will follow in Landmark Memorial Gardens.
