Jason A. Holt, 40, passed away on May 28, 2016. Loving son of Kathy (nee Allen) Holt. Beloved brother of Jonathan. Loving boyfriend of Jennifer Ruby. Very loving grandson of Evelyn Allen. He leaves behind many dear family members and friends. Visitation is Thursday, June 2nd from 6-8PM at Landmark Church, 1600 Glendale Milford Rd., Evendale, OH., 45215. Funeral service is Friday, June 3rd at 10:00 AM at Landmark Church. Burial Landmark Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers family suggests contributions to Heartt Animal Refuge.
