WACHSMAN, JEAN DAY. June 3, 2024, Age 98. Beloved wife of Harry Robert Wachsman, who preceded her in death. Jean leaves her three daughters, Donna McMullen, Debbie (Mike) Smith and Joan Hessel; 'Mema’ to her grandchildren, Brian (Tracey) McMullen, Angela (Matt) Imm, Jason (Tara) Smith, Anthony (Jessie) Smith and Tara (Chris) Baker; along with 12 great-grandchildren. Her granddaughter, Christine Marie Hessel, and son-in-law Jeff Hessel preceded her in death. She also leaves her beloved nephew, John Davis (Bev) Jacobs and their children John and Julie.
Jean (Deanie) was the third of four girls born to Nona Florence and Marion Dewey Day in Iaeger, WV. All of Jean’s sisters preceded her in death.
Service at the convenience of the family. Rev. Scott Casebeer officiating.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Zion United Church of Christ, 2301 Indian Mound Avenue, Norwood, OH 45212 (zionchurchucc.org). Internment at Vine Street Hill Cemetery.
