LEWISJohn "Jack". Beloved husband of Leah P. (nee Pearce) Lewis. Loving father of John (Brenda) Lewis. Devoted grandfather of John (Melissa) Lewis, Jr. and Elizabeth Rose Lewis. Dear brother of George W. Lewis, and the late Dorothy Howard and Susan Kuhn-Gordon. Passed away Tuesday, October 27, 2009 at 83 years of age. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral service at Presbyterian Church of Wyoming, 225 Wyoming Ave., Monday, November 2, 2009 at 11:00 AM. Memorial donations may be made to Crossroads Hospice, 4360 Glendale-Milford Rd, Cincinnati, OH 45242 or Ohio Parkinson Foundation, Southwest Region, Inc., 325 North Third Street, Fairborn, OH 45324-4959.
