Julie Ann Drews Bailey, 49, passed away on October 4, 2019.  Beloved daughter of Ralph Bailey and the late Betty Bailey.  Loving mother of Kristen (Brian Smith) Overton.  Dear grandmother of Lincoln Smith and sister of Vikki Brock, Cheri (Lester) Green, Rick Depoy, Phil (Sule) Sharpe and the late Dawn (Mikki) Bailey.  Loving fiancé of Joe Cole.  Family and friends may gather on Friday, October 11 from 12 Noon until time of service at 1 PM at the Vorhis and Ryan Funeral Home, 11365 Springfield Pike, Springdale, Ohio 45246.  In lieu of flowers family suggests contributions to the Winton Road First Church of God.
