Kenneth Charles Kump

Kenneth Charles Kump Sr., known affectionately as Ken, went home to be with the Lord on August 18, 2024, in Cincinnati, Ohio, at the age of 80. Born on June 4, 1944, in the same city, Ken lived a fulfilling life marked by dedication to his family and career. 

Ken graduated from Lockland High School and soon embarked on a career spanning 44 years at Sawbrook Steel Casting Company, His commitment to his work was evident by his devotion to his family. 

A loving husband to Brenda (Halcomb) and father to Ken Jr. (Lynn), Ron (Angie), and Marsha Broxterman (Mike), Ken was also a cherished grandfather to 11 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren. He is also survived by his brother, Richard Kump (Naomi), and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, Don and Yolanda Kump, and his brother Don Kump Jr. 

Friends may greet Family on August 22, 2024, at Vorhis and Ryan Funeral Home, located at 11365 Springfield Pike, Springdale, OH 45246 from 11:00am until time of service. 

Guests are welcome to join family for graveside committal service at Oak Hills Cemetery, 11200 Princeton Pike, Cincinnati, Ohio 45246. 

Ken’s legacy of love, strength, and kindness will forever be remembered by those who knew him.
