Lenora was born in Morgantown West Virginia and graduated from Morgantown High School in 1956.  She married her husband of 46 years, Kenneth P Grosselin Sr, on 7 March 1956.  Lenora lived a full life traveling the world with Kenneth, a 30-year combined Navy and Army veteran, living in Germany for two tours, Hawai, and eight separate state side assignments.

Lenora combined her passion for baking and artistic skills creating a small business making wedding cakes and cake decorating for special occasions.  Friends and family always would always receive her services for free.  Additionally, she enjoyed working with her sister, Frances, doing various arts and crafts projects, such as decorative panoramic easter eggs and afghan blankets.

Lenora was an active volunteer most of her life in support of her husband and children.  Specifically, she spent many hours volunteering during the Girl Scout cookie drive, often taking control of over 1,000 boxes of cookies at one time.  She was team mother, at least a half dozen times, for Little League baseball.  One time performing embroidery and sewing “Pirates” emblems on uniforms.  She was an American Junior Bowling Congress local league President in which four of her children were league members.  Lenora was always active in local Parent Teacher Association in each school district attended by her five children.  Additionally, she was always a huge volunteer with the NCO Wives Club at every military base during Kenneth’s 30-year military career.  She served as President, Vice President, Treasurer, and numerous other positions.

Lenora was a loving and devoted wife, mother, sister, grandmother and great grandmother.  She loved to be surrounded by family and would never get tired of telling stories.  In spite of her health issues late in life, she constantly persevered.

Preceding Lenora in death include her husband Kenneth P Grosselin Sr, daughter Tracy Brown, and son William (Billy) Grosselin.

Burial services will be in Morgantown West Virginia where she will be buried alongside her husband Kenneth at a date to be determined.
