Lenzy G., beloved husband of 59 years of Marilyn (nee Counts) Huffman; devoted father of Thomas (Fran) Huffman; loving grandfather of Reichel Huffman; dear brother of Larna Hovis, Rev. Margaret (Rev. Mac) Symmes, Ann Hill, Rev. Dr. Marysue Huffman, Jim (Judy) Huffman , and John (Virginia) Huffman; son of the late Rev. Arvle and Nettie Huffman. He served in the U.S. Navy during the Korean Conflict on the U.S.S. Missouri. He retired from the United States Postal Service as a maintenance supervisor at the bulk mail center in Sharonville, Ohio. Passed away on July 11, 2014 at the age of 84. Visitation will take place at Vorhis & Ryan Funeral Home, 11365 Springfield Pk., Springdale on Friday, July 18, 2014 from 7-9 PM. Funeral service will be on Saturday, July 19, 2014 at 10 AM at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the VA services for the blind.
