Margaret "Kay" Stopford

Margaret Kay Stopford, passed away at the age of 93 on October 5, 2026.

She is predeceased by her husband, James E. Stopford.

She is survived by her sister, Sue Nickel, and daughters Barb Corbin and Lynne Witt, 3 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.

Kay’s time working was spent as a medical secretary which she loved. She also served many years as a church organist. After marrying Jim, she enjoyed her time as a homemaker in Cincinnati. Kay learned to play golf and became an established bridge player. Kay's retirement years were spent enjoying the warm golfing weather in Naples, FL. Kay spent the last 9 years living in Roanoke, VA to be closer to family.

Services will be announced and updated by no later than 11/10/2026 with location in Mason, Ohio on November 23, 2026 with a visitation at 10:00am followed by a memorial service at 10:30am. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Breast Cancer Research Foundation. Lilnk is provided below
