Dear grandfather of Liam and Naomi Bailey and Sarah and Rachel Imlay. Loving brother of Charles (Peggy) Bailey and Beverly (Jamison) Judd. Marshall was a US Navy Veteran. Memorial service is Monday, March 7, 2022 at 11:30 AM at Vorhis & Ryan Funeral Home, 5501 Montgomery Road, Norwood, Ohio 45212. Inurnment will follow at 2:00PM at Dayton National Cemetery, 4400 W Third Street, Dayton, Ohio 45428. Where family and friends will gather at 1:30 PM at gathering space B.
