On the afternoon of May 15, 2024, Oliver “Summers” Hagerman III of Cincinnati, Ohio, passed away peacefully at age 97, surrounded by his loving family. He was predeceased by three brothers, William, Robert and Maury.

Born in Montclair, New Jersey to Oliver and Kathryn Hagerman, his formative years were in Darien, CT. He was Class of ‘44 at Phillips Exeter Academy, in Exeter, NH, and after serving his country in the U.S. Navy, graduated from MIT (Tau Beta Pi), in Cambridge, MA.
