Neida Blankenship (nee Stephens), 85, passed away on March 15, 2017. Beloved wife of the late Leslie Blankenship. Loving mother of Michelle (Mark) Clifford and step-mother of Vaughn (Pat) Blankenship, and Larry (Cathy) Blankenship. Dear grandmother of Michael, Megan, Jason, Pete and Marie. Visitation will take place at Tri-County Baptist Church, 8195 Beckett Rd., West Chester, OH 45069 on Saturday, March 18, 2017 from 10:30 AM until time of service at 12 Noon. Burial Oak Hill Cemetery. In lieu of flowers family suggests contributions to Tri-County Baptist Church.
