Passed away Tuesday, May 1, 2012 at the age of 73 years. Visitation at Vorhis & Ryan Funeral Home, 11365 Springfield Pike, Springdale, Saturday, May 5, 2012 from 2 PM until time of funeral service at 4 PM. Memorial donations may be sent to the American Diabetes Association or Cottingham Retirement Community.
