Devoted husband to Terry Campbell (nee Kushniroff); loving father of Sam (Kim) Campbell, Jr. and Chris Campbell; stepfather to Elizabeth and David Martin; proud grandfather of six; proud great grandfather of Gracie Campbell; dear brother of James ''Pete'' Bice. Visitation will be at Vorhis & Ryan Funeral Home, 11365 Springfield Pike, Springdale, OH Thursday, October 18, 2012 from 5:30 PM until time of funeral service at 7:30 PM. Memorials may be made to the American Heart Association or the American Diabetes Association.
