Also survived by several nieces and nephews. October 9, 2012. Age 54. Visitation at Vorhis & Ryan Funeral Home, 11365 Springfield Pike, Springdale on Sunday, October 14, 2012 from 3:00-5:00 PM and additional visitation on Monday, October 15, 2012 from 11:00 AM until time of funeral service at 1:00 PM.
