The Steven we loved was well known for his kind heart and his love of helping others. He would drop everything to come to the aid of his friends, neighbors, and family. Whether it was to fix their broken down car on the highway, (or even a stranger in the parking lot an auto supply store), to building a deck, replace a furnace, or to spontaneously join in on yard work day at neighborhood church, he was always willing to put his hands to work for others. Steven was a hard worker, lover of dogs, motorcycles, and cars. From his earliest years, Steven had a natural curiosity for how things worked, and he enjoyed the challenge of dismantling and rebuilding anything. He especially loved teaching others his trades and talking them through a project, even if it took multiple hours to have them complete the task themselves. His fun loving and goofy smile, his contagious laugh, his bad jokes, and his love of storytelling will be missed beyond words.
