Passed away suddenly on March 15, 2013 at the age of 49. Visitation at Towne Worship Center, 1125 Towne Street, Cincinnati, OH 45216 on Tuesday, March 19, 2013 from 11:00 AM until time of funeral service at 1:00 PM.
