BARKER, Willie C. Devoted father of Terri Dodge. Loving brother of Joyce (Forrest) Mooney and the late Wanda Barker. Beloved friend of over 22 years to Joan Moser. Willie passed away on Friday, November 25, 2016 at the age of 82 years. Graveside service will be held on Wednesday, November 30, 2016 at Crown Hill Memorial Park, 1825 Pippin Rd., Cincinnati, OH 45231 at 1:00 PM.
