Charles is preceded in death by his beloved father and mother Earl B Whittaker and Minnie Turner Whittaker. Charles is also preceded in death by his brother Earl (Larry) Whittaker. He leaves behind his brother Mark (Tony) Whittaker, numerous nieces, extended family, and trusted friends who thank God for his cherished memory, In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to Hospice Of Cincinnati in Charles' name to assist them in continuing their wonderful care.
