RANDOLPH, Jackson Harold. Beloved husband of Marjorie (nee Underwood) Randolph. Loving father of Terri Lynn (Rick) Nowak, Patti Dawn Humphreys, Todd Jackson (Prasong) Randolph, and Craig Louis (Jana) Randolph. Loving grandfather of ten. Great grandfather of nine. Dear brother of the late James Edward Randolph and the late Linda (Buddy) Steinam. He is also preceded in death by his parents, Deward and Cora Randolph and his late wife Angelina Randolph.

Jackson passed away peacefully in his home surrounded by family on Monday, November 15, 2021 at the age of 90 years.

He was born in Cincinnati, Ohio and graduated from Green Hills High School in 1949. He served in the U.S. Navy and upon his return to Cincinnati, he received his BBA and MBA from the University of Cincinnati. He then began a lifelong career with Cincinnati Gas and Electric in the accounting department. During his career he rose to the title of Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer. During his tenure, he facilitated the merger of CG&E with PSI to form Cinergy. Also, during his tenure, he served on several Board of Directors including PNC Bank, The Cincinnati Financial Corporation, The Cincinnati Zoo and several others. He was honored being listed as “Who’s Who in the Midwest”, “Who’s Who in Ohio”, “Who’s Who in Finance and Industry”, and “Who’s Who in America”. He was further presented with the Human Relations Award given by the Cincinnati Chapter of American Jewish Community; led several annual campaigns of the United Way and the Community Chest of Greater Cincinnati and was awarded the Silver Beaver from the Dan Beard Council, Boy Scouts of America.

Friends may greet the family on Monday, November 22, 2021 at Springdale Church of the Nazarene, 11177 Springfield Pk., Springdale, OH 45246 from 10 AM until time of service at 11:30 AM.

Burial will follow in Oak Hill Cemetery.
