Karen Collins

COLLINS, Karen Elaine (nee Nelson). Devoted mother of Michael (Jade) Collins. Loving grandmother of Xavier Collins. Cherished aunt of Keisha (Tom) Nelson and Antonio (Chan) Nelson. Beloved wife of the late Willard Collins. Karen is also survived by her brother-in-law, Gene Settles and her significant other, Frank Choate, Sr. She is preceded in death by her parents, Robert Nelson & Vivian (nee Malin) Nelson; her step mother, Grace (nee Culberson) Nelson; and her sister Linda Settles.

Karen passed away on Sunday, September 13, 2020 at the age of 57 years.

Visitation will be held at Vorhis & Ryan Funeral Home, 310 Dunn St., Lockland, OH 45215 on Tuesday, September 22, 2020 from 10am until time of funeral service at 11am.
