DRAKE, Leslie Ann (nee Hohlt). Devoted mother of Tony (Alice) Drake, Kevin Drake, and Sandi (Scott) Drake. Loving grandmother of Skylar (Ben); and Veronica & Isabella. Dear sister of Marcia Phillips. Preceded in death by parents, William and Rose Hohlt.
Leslie passed away on Sunday, March 28, 2021 at the age of 78 years.
Friends may join the family to celebrate Leslie's life on Monday, April 5, 2021 at Vorhis & Ryan Funeral Home, 11365 Springfield Pk., Springdale, OH 45246 from 10am - 12noon.
Burial will be private.
In lieu of flowers, the family is asking for donations to the American Cancer Society.
