Lewis Wallen, 88, born in Rockcastle County Kentucky passed away on May 12, 2021.  Beloved husband of the Lorene Wallen and the late Kathleen Wallen.  Devoted father of Anthony (Nancy) Wallen. Dear stepfather of Frank, Ron, Tom, Gina and Randy Johnson and loving grandfather of five and great grandfather of seven.  Loving brother of the following deceased: Alma Reinhart, Elva Stogsdill, James Wallen , Charles Wallen, Robinson Wallen, Paul Kyzer, Annabelle Mynheir and Jack Wallen.  Visitation is Friday, May 14, 2021 from 11 AM until time of service at 12 Noon at Vorhis & Ryan Funeral Home 310 Dunn Street, Lockland, Ohio 45215.  Graveside services will be Saturday, May 15, 2021 at 12 Noon at Friendship Cemetery, Waynesburg, KY.
