NEAL, Ramsey "Sonny", Jr., age 87 years. Passed away on Saturday, May 22, 2021. Loving husband to Belle Neal (nee Mills) of 63 years. Loving father of Debbie (Mike) Leach, Doug Neal, Jeannette Smotherman, Bill (Joyce) Deaton, and the late Sandy Byrd. Dear Papaw to Michael (Stephanie) Leach, Brad (Denise) Leach, Michelle (Scott) Patterson, Jacob Byrd, Erica (Colton) Brown, Caleb, Nathan & Elijah Smotherman, and Angie & Jessica Deaton. Great Papaw to Layne & Cole, Payton, Brooklyn, Haley & Trysta, Daveon & Nevaeh, Braxton, and Mason & Cameron.

Preceeded in death by his 6 siblings. Survived by brother Robert Neal and many loving nieces and nephews.

Sonny was born in Waddy, KY on December 5, 1933. He was one of 8 children. His mother was a homemaker and his father worked for the railroad. He was enlisted in the army at a very young age. Sonny served at Landmark Church faithfully alongside Belle for over 40 years. Very rarely did you see one without the other. Sonny would always make sure that anyone he came across knew of God’s love and would share the plan of salvation with them.

Visitation will be held at Landmark Church,1600 Glendale-Milford Rd., Evendale, OH 45215 on Saturday, May 29, 2021 from 10 AM until time of funeral service at 12 Noon.

Burial will follow in Landmark Memorial Gardens.
