SPENCER, William Ralph. Beloved husband of the late Ramona (Winslow) Spencer. Devoted father of Stephen Spencer, Kenneth Spencer, and Ramona Sue (Spencer) Bagwell. Loving grandfather of Jeffrey Spencer, Sharon Spencer, Amy Spencer, Ramona (Bagwell) Moore, Jamie (Bagwell) Gregory, and Andrea Bagwell. Great grandfather of Elianah Moore and Maximus Green.
William, known to many as Ralph, passed away on Monday, August 16, 2021 at the age of 94 years.
Friends may greet the family from 12 PM till time of service at 1 PM on Tuesday, August 24, 2021 at Vorhis & Ryan Funeral Home, 11365 Springfield Pike., Springdale, OH 45246. The service will also be livestreamed at https://www.facebook.com/VorhisandRyanFuneralHomes
Burial will be in Oak Hill Cemetery.
